About the project
We wanted to design and develop a relatively modern, future-proofed, website that appeals to our target audience. We also wanted a data-driven website based on the concept of a Mesh Network Topology or relational database where as entities such as people, skills, labor categories, clients, and projects could all be related and linked to each other. There outcome is a website where you can click on a person and see a landing page about that person along with their education, certifications, clients, and projects. Clicking on any of these variables will produce a landing page based on that variable. For example, if we clicked on a person who held an Acquia Triple Certified Drupal Expert certification, then you could click onto that certification and see other people in the company who held the same certification. This works across all certifications, people, project, and clients.
Why Drupal was chosen
As a federal contractor specializing in Drupal website support services, it was important to lead by example and use Drupal as the CMS that powers our own website.
