Sector(s)
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is one of the United States' largest e-commerce retailers with some of the best known and most beloved brands in home furnishings, including including Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, west elm, Williams-Sonoma, and Mark and Graham. They currently operate retail stores in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Australia, and the United Kingdom, and franchise their brands to third parties in a number of countries in the Middle East and the Philippines. Their products are also available to customers through our catalogs and online worldwide.
To promote their trade program to industry professionals, Third & Grove built for Williams-Sonoma an international, multilingual portal called “To The Trade”. Designers, architects, hospitality professionals and home developers from across the globe who become members can enjoy exclusive trade discounts, tax-exempt purchasing, special events and guidance from dedicated trade specialists.
A key feature of the site is the advanced lead generation process. Via data submitted in visually appealing and responsive web forms, editors can easily manage and funnel leads through the extensive Salesforce integration.
The site is a compelling portal for trade customers that features a more robust and personal contact us page flow. We added an accordion with tiles to showcase the trade specialists available to help site users.
Trade members can also submit an email form to get an appointment with a specialist. Based on the location chosen in the country menu (USA, Australia, and Canada), the site offers slightly different options and redirects responses to the appropriate specialist. The system also accommodates various regulatory requirements across the different countries.
With the enhanced trade portal, customers have a more direct connection to the trade specialists and the marketing team has a more streamlined and efficient workflow that better supports the members.
