WOAR builds digital systems for German small and medium-sized businesses — and keeps them running afterwards.

Most of our clients have between 10 and 150 employees and no IT department of their own. They run something that cannot stand still:
an advertising account, a product catalogue, a booking process, a member portal. We are the external digital department that stays.

Fifteen years, around 89 clients, working relationships of five to seven years as the rule rather than the exception — including 48 months of uninterrupted campaign management for a single client.

What we do with Drupal:

- Corporate websites and portals, from concept to operation
- Third-party integration — connecting Drupal to ERP, PIM and
booking systems (CADENAS product data, room booking, CRM)
- Multisite and multilingual setups for companies with several
brands or locations
- Taking over existing Drupal sites when the previous agency is
gone: access recovery, audit, version upgrade, continued support
- Accessibility work under the German BFSG and BITV rules
- Long-term maintenance, updates and security

Three of our projects are documented as case studies here on Drupal.org: a multilingual multisite for two logistics brands, a product portfolio restructuring for an urban greening manufacturer, and a municipal youth portal with provider self-service and editorial approval workflow.

Some results: +82 % organic visibility and +35 % qualified inquiries within six months after relaunch for the greening manufacturer; +78 % visibility and +42 % inquiry rate for a driver safety centre.

We work exclusively with standard technology. All credentials stay with the client, every project is documented so that a third party could take over. No proprietary code, no lock-in.
