Our company has developed the document flow for the Vinnytsia Regional Council (government authority’s website), which is applied by the council members during the term.
Due to the personal account, council members can revise the draft agenda, read them and get to know the conclusions of the commissions, follow the drafts for which voting is held, etc. Council members work with the system on installed tablets in the term hall.
In addition to the personal account, there is also an accessible section for all Vinnytsia citizens, who can get to know the published drafts of the member composition of the council, factions, standing committees and the presidium.
Additional functions: version for handicapped people, the ability of synchronization with the voting system, voting statistics, etc.
Also worth noting is that this is a "green" project, which helped to switch to electronic document management. This allows you to save a ton of parper per year.
Why Drupal was chosen
We have used Drupal to provide the customer with a flexible enterprise marketing platform that is easy to manage and provides a great-looking user experience.
By creating the Glyanec web studio, we were looking for a CMS that would be able to provide our clients with a sufficient level of security and protection, but at the same time would be moved up in the Internet and would not conflict with adaptive design.
