Valuita, a leading investment company specializing in real estate, sought to modernize its digital presence to better reflect its expertise and provide innovative solutions for investors. With decades of experience and a diverse portfolio of investment opportunities, Valuita partnered with drunomics to transform its website into a high-performing, user-friendly platform. Originally relaunched on Drupal 9 and now running on Drupal 10, leverages the Lupus Decoupled Drupal distribution and a Nuxt.js frontend to deliver optimal performance and a smooth user experience.
A seamless migration and enhanced user experience were at the core of this project. Here’s a look at its goals, requirements, and outcome.
Goals:
- Migrate Valuita's website from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9.
- Modernize the design and technical implementation.
- Optimize performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Provide website managers with intuitive tools for flexible content management.
- Enhance user engagement and streamline contact form usage.
Requirements:
- Build a scalable, maintainable, and secure platform.
- Use a decoupled architecture with Nuxt.js for static site generation.
- Ensure high performance, minimal error rates, and robust security.
- Offer extensive design customization and flexibility for content editors.
Outcome:
The project delivered a modernized, high-performing, and user-friendly platform. Using a decoupled Nuxt.js frontend with a Static Site Generation build workflow, resulted in faster performance, cost-efficient hosting, and advanced SEO. Lupus Decoupled Drupal provided website managers with powerful tools such as Drupal’s Layout Builder and integrated forms. The new website enhanced usability across all devices, improved navigation, and significantly increased contact form submissions.

Valuita’s transition from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9 was a strategic decision to ensure long-term scalability and performance. Several CMSs and frameworks were considered, but Drupal was chosen due to its:
- Scalability and flexibility in managing complex content structures.
- Robust security features that meet enterprise-level standards.
- Seamless support for a decoupled architecture with Nuxt.js.
- Community-driven ecosystem, ensuring long-term sustainability and continuous improvements.
By leveraging Drupal’s capabilities, Valuita’s new website achieves better SEO, a responsive design, and cost-effective hosting, making it a future-proof investment.
