Their legacy platform couldn’t meet the demands of their large-scale Drupal 10 site, which runs an extensive database and serves gigabytes of critical digital assets. Discovery and Planning

A dual-track migration strategy was agreed upon: one stream focused on preparing the application within a self-managed AWS environment, while the other tackled platform configuration, load testing, and performance tuning. Performance and Security Enhancements

Before the migration, performance tests validated the platform’s readiness under high-traffic conditions. Long-running processes were optimised, resulting in a 10% reduction in processing time. A next-generation Web Application Firewall (WAF) was introduced to mitigate external threats, reduce resource drain, and improve system stability across the board.
