Georgia Tech Neuro Next is a neuroscience research initiative focused on advancing brain research through innovative technology. Many institutions face the challenge of modernizing their web presence while staying true to their traditional branding. The task becomes even more complex when factoring in user experience, performance, and accessibility.
Georgia Tech's Neuro Next Initiative was no exception. They needed a modern, compliant website to showcase their groundbreaking research. Basically, a perfect balance of innovation without compromise, giving the department a digital presence as dynamic as its work.
The Goal
To create an intuitive, UX-driven platform that enhances navigation, accessibility, and usability for researchers. The solution needed to support a growing research community, simplify data visualization, and ensure seamless interaction with neuroimaging tools while maintaining scalability.

Georgia Tech relies on Drupal for many of its websites and subsites across the university. They even manage an official Drupal theme. Specbee has worked on multiple projects with Georgia Tech, where we follow the standards set by their communications department, customizing website components while ensuring full compliance with their guidelines. They are currently on Drupal 10.4.3.
