About the project
Goal: Improve accessibility and usability across its Drupal website to better support accessing essential tenancy information online.
Requirements and Outcomes:
Implemented a Drupal WCAG accessibility tool aligned with Australian digital accessibility expectations (DDA), including WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
Implemented accessibility features without disrupting the existing website experience supporting talk & type, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, readability adjustments, contrast controls, multilingual accessibility, and mobile accessibility.
It delivered improved accessibility support, easier navigation, and better usability for users with visual, cognitive, motor, and reading accessibility needs.
