Enea is one of Poland’s largest energy companies, providing electricity to over 2.8 million customers. It focuses heavily on renewable energy, aiming to transform towards more ecological sources. As Smartbees, we were responsible for building a new corporate website for the company that would meet the needs of several target groups.

About the project

The Goal

We aimed to create a comprehensive corporate website that would deliver the best possible experience for both users and administrators. The main objectives included:

  • A visually attractive, consistent design – the website had to align with the brand’s identity
  • A streamlined editor workflow – we needed to provide administrators with intuitive tools for content management

  • Various subpages for different target groups – Enea offers a wide range of services, so adjusting the website for different audiences was crucial

The Solution

We implemented a new graphic design that aligned with the brand’s image and created a modern corporate website using Drupal 11. We built the website’s architecture using the Paragraphs module, which enabled faster subpage creation and greater flexibility in building various subpages.

We focused on:

  • Dividing the website into sections – a fully scalable functionality that operates within a single domain, yet gives the impression of several separate websites. This is the key solution for presenting a wide range of offers to different target groups.
  • Pricing automation – to optimize business processes, we integrated the pricing system with an MS SQL database. This automated the process of monitoring the market and adjusting the prices.
  • Technological unification – since the previous Enea website used two separate applications, we needed to implement a single solution to simplify the workflow.

The Effects

We created a consistent, stable, and efficient platform that meets the needs of various users. The website is modern, user-friendly, and enables easy content editing.

  • Quick access to information thanks to an extensive search engine
  • Easy website expansion

  • More efficient communication thanks to integrating the forms with Enport and Genesys
