Menetray

Menetray is an AI-first Drupal agency made up of a single senior developer powered by AI. Behind it is Robert Menetray, a full-stack developer contributing to Drupal since 2009, working remotely from Andorra for agencies and direct clients.

No middlemen: direct contact with the person who writes the code.

How I approach AI-first

AI is the way I work, not an add-on. In practice:

• Agent-based workflows running inside DDEV (drupal-ai-agents, ddev-ai-workspace) to automate the mechanical part of development.
• Local inference on my own hardware, so I don't depend on a single provider or on a model having a bad day.
• Mandatory senior review of everything the AI produces. AI speeds things up, judgment decides.

Tools I've contributed to the community

The same tools I use every day, published on Drupal.org:

• audit: 200+ health checks on any Drupal site. Useful to quickly audit a project before touching it. It's the foundation of DruScan.
• ai_bench: a deterministic benchmark to measure which LLM actually performs on real Drupal tasks (translations, coding standards, issue resolution, tool calling). Pick a model with data, not intuition.

In the AI era, generating code is cheap. Keeping quality is not. These tools are about exactly that.
