Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) operates a global website built on Drupal, serving a diverse audience across multiple regions and languages. As part of its commitment to inclusivity and sustainability, improving digital accessibility has become a key priority.
To enhance accessibility, Skynet Technologies tools and accessibility services were implemented.
The All in One Accessibility Drupal module was configured to extend Drupal’s front-end capabilities with an accessibility interface, enabling accessibility features such as keyboard navigation, talk & type, screen reader enhancements, contrast controls, virtual keyboard, voice navigation, color blindness, accessibility preset profiles, 190 plus multilingual support, and more. It helped to improve global accessibility standards like WCAG 2.1, 2.2, EAA, ADA, ACA, RPwD Act, Section 508 accessibility while maintaining performance, scalability, and compatibility with existing Drupal themes and modules.

Goals:
The goal was to enhance the accessibility of GBCI’s Drupal-based website to better support users with diverse abilities.
Requirements:
- They required enhancements to better support users with visual, cognitive, and motor impairments, while also aligning with recognized accessibility standards such as WCAG, ADA, ACA, EAA, and Section 508. At the same time, the solution needed to be scalable, cost-effective, and compatible with the existing Drupal architecture without requiring extensive redevelopment. They want to expediently implement global accessibility on their website.
