Quantum Website is where content marketing strategies meet modern technology. The basis of the entire system is to apply internet best practices to partitioning users and content through an amplified tool that emphasizes hyper-local, unique, and organic search results.
Best Uses: Government, Justice|Legal, Not-for-Profit; Education, Real Estate and any company with a multitude of websites that could otherwise be handled in a single instance.
About the project
Goal
The primary goal of this project was to participant users, content, roles, and permissions throughout physical locations through the country and around the world by dramatically increasing the metadata values based on language and geolocation [hyper-local].
Requirements
The basic requirements for this project include:
- using an updated version of Drupal 8 Core [soon to be D9];
- hosting the platform on a scaleable server configuration [turned out to be Google Cloud Platform];
- serving Domain Name Server [DNS] over a Content Delivery Network [CDN] able to deliver an SSL Certificate via a '*' wildcard;
- have all of the content indexed by search engines as 'unique'; and,
- allow end-users to utilize the platform as a multi-site experience without the server infrastructure.
Outcome
The project was successful and can now partition users and content to over 3.9 million physical locations around the world [per language]. Further, the messaging and content are easy to use and are sub-dividable by any number of nested physical locations. [e.g. worldwide, world region, country, country region, state, state region, county, municipality, and even down to granular neighborhoods.
