Since 2005, In Safe Hands has built a reputation as the most trusted safety education provider in Australia. They have provided training to employees of over 1,000 government, corporate and not-for-profit organisations.
Approach Created by LN Webworks:
1. Very Detailed flow chart was created to map all their existing functionalities with this new arrangement.
2. Opigno along with H5p was being used to provide the ability to add interactive content
3. Custom Migration scripts were created to map their existing courses and Lessons onto new setup.
4. Companies and Branches setup was done using the Groups modules .
5. Custom Credit functionality was created to let company managers buy some credit which can be used by company employees.
Challenges:
1. Existing Users certificates has to be mapped on the Opigno level
2. Stats from the old users data has to be synced
3. Companies credit from their old system has to be synced in their new setup.
4. A great server setup was needed, so AWS was used.
Benefits and Results:
With the help of LN Webworks now they are able to generate more business and no longer limited to plain text lessons. They got more clients on board for the same LMS solution and running successful business on top of this solution .
Back to topInsafe Group has already been using the Drupal 7 here and has LMS site running . They first approached us to provide the flexibility to add some interactive quiz on their setup on various lessons.
They have been running a very vast setup and also providing some dedicated courses to companies. All that setup was configured by using lot of content types and all they could manage were plain lessons which was restriction itself too.
So after detailed analysis of their setup, we recommended them to revamp his site in Drupal 8 and use Opigno distribution. We demonstrated them some of our old work with Opigno and also provided a detailed comparison of their existing approach and renewed approach.
